About us

UWI Inwestycje S.A. was established in 1992 as an initiative of a group of people being the members of Poznań Housing Association and waiting for the allocation of a flat. The present success of the company is the ability to react fast to changing conditions on the market and it assumes the care for functionality and cost of the offered flats. These activities aim at realizing the company mission, which is to satisfy the housing demands of all the people for whom comfort of living and safety of the transaction are of utmost importance; and all these offered for a reasonable price. Our greatest achievements include:

between 1994-1996 realization of the „flat pool” program,
pioneering (on Poznań market) preparation of flat offers realized in the framework of the so-called “large privilege” (flats for rent)
in 1997, establishing the first TBS (Social Building Association), who – in the period of our co-operation with them, was one of national TBS leaders and completed more than 2000 flats,
in co-operation with PoznaĹ Housing Association, we re-activated tenements
first such solutions in PoznaĹ in the form of flats in the so-called city villas (small, private, exclusive multi-family houses)
