UWI Inwestycje is the author and contributor to many initiatives for the benefit of the inhabitants of Poznań:
- reconstruction of statue of Giovanni Battista di Quadro, founder of the Poznań Town Hall, on the facade of the ‘Sienkiewicz’ tenement at the Old Town Square (1999)
- buying new organ for the Poznań Cathedral (2000)
- reconstruction of the Holy Mother Statue on the facade of Górka Palace (2001)
- laying bas-relief plaques commemorating:
- Jordan, the first bishop of Poznań (2001)
- King Boleslaw I of Poland (the Brave) (2002)
- reconstruction of fountains in the Old Town Square:
- Apollo fountain (2002)
- Neptune fountain (2004)
- Mars fountain (2005)
- buying new pulpit for the Poznań Cathedral (2006)
UWI Inwestycje S.A. is also the initiator and co-founder of the prestigious Giovanni Battista di Quadro Award, which has been granted by the City President for best building project developments since 1999.
To help young people, UWI Inwestycje S.A. has been since 2003 founding grants for children brought up in children’s homes.
