Particular departments constituting the team of specialists in UWI Inwestycje S.A. include designers, technical supervision representatives, specialized supervision and financial planning personnel, as well as sales people. Our long-term experience allows for efficient and supervised investment process resulting in minimized costs with the maintenance of the highest possible standard of services.
Designing Department
This department develops ideas and prepares Project documentation for the Company’s own and Customers’ purposes. Co-operation with Sales Office helps to develop individual ideas and wishes of the flat buyers as far as the arrangement and development are concerned.
Technical Department
We employ an experienced team of supervision inspectors in various branches: building, sanitary and electrical branch. All of them have the required qualifications and are members of Great Poland Chamber of Construction Engineers, International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA), which gives them the authority to supervise constructions in accordance with the requirements of the EU funds and FIDIC, The World Bank, EBOR and EBI’s contracts. Their tasks include among others: quality control of the performed works and completed elements as well as the materials used (in accordance with technical-construction regulations), checking the conformity with project documentation and the contract provisions, controlling the progress of works in accordance with the works schedule, participation in technical commission in order to solve problems arising during the works performance and solving them in agreement with the construction manager, project author and investor.
Financial Department
Decisions made in this department are essential and have influence on general financial result of all investments and of the whole Company. As a result, they must be thorough and deeply analyzed. The tasks of the department include among others: financial risk management, investment profitability analysis, planning and accounting investment costs, co-operation with financial institutions, financial quality control and reporting. This department is also responsible for co-operation with banks; the co-operation concerning real estate purchase financing, initiated by UWI Inwestycje S.A. The Company’s personnel provide financial information, offering loans of the best financial institutions in Poland, search for the best solutions for individual Customers, estimate primarily their loan capacity and assist Customers during the transactions till the moment of loan contract conclusion with a chosen bank.
Sale Department
This department manages the complete offer presentation from Monday to Friday between 9a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays between 9a.m. and 2 p.m. The personnel of this department have extensive knowledge of architectural arrangements of the interiors and their finishing. They also help in comparing the current offers of financing of numerous bank offers.
