Legal basis
The company was established on 1 July 1992 under the name of Unia Wspólnego Inwestowania S.A. On 7th June 2004 the company shortened its name to UWI Inwestycje S.A. It is registered in the Disrict Court in PoznaĹ, XXI Economic Department of the National Court Register with the number KRS 0000052569, Statistical Number REGON 631572890, PKD 4521A, tax identification number NIP 778-01-07-785. Initial and paid capital amounts to 600.000,00 PLN. UWI Inwestycje S.A. is now a type of a joint stock company.
