UWI Inwestycje S.A. – supplementary investor
Supplementary investor performs tasks under the contract concluded with the Employer. UWI Inwestycje S.A. co-operates with the companies such as Poznań Housing Association, ZRZESZENI Housing Association and private investors. Within the framework of supplementary investor, UWI Inwestycje S.A. realized also investments in service and office building, such as VICTORIA CENTER (for a private investor) and the seat for ABW (Internal Security Agency in Poznań). The scope of investor’s representation depends on the Company’s Customer’s requirements and may concern the whole process (choice of location- preparation and organization of necessary documentation, designing, choice of general contractor, completion of the construction, construction supervision and sale of completed flats) it may concern particular elements of the process.
UWI Inwestycje S.A. – developer
As a developer (or own investor), UWI Inwestycje S.A. realizes the whole investment, beginning with the choice and purchase of the plot, leading procedure aiming at obtaining the permission for construction, designing buildings, construction supervision over the chosen Contractor, marketing activities and sale/transfer of particular offices/flats for individual customers, and management of real estates.
