Large and functional housing estate designed by Miastoprojekt-Poznań and an architect- Krystyna Borowska (Pol-Projekt Architectural Workshop) consists of 16 building with almost 540 flats built between 2000-2003. The estate is located close to the Malta recreational complex and it was built in the form of TBS (Social Building Association).
