A block-of-flats complementing the existing development of the old district of Poznań- Śródka was designed by Izabela Klimaszewska (Klimaszewska & Biedak Sp. z o.o.). It has 36 flats and it was completed in 1999. The building is located directly at the bank of Warta River and close to the most valuable historical sites of Poznań, such as the Cathedral of Poznań at Ostrów Tumski.
