Modest size multi-family building designed by an architect- Eugeniusz Skrzypczak (ARI –SK. sp. z o.o.) of a very interesting construction housing 21 flats together with garages on the lower ground floor was built in 2005. It is located near ul. Głogowska which provides good connection with the city centre. Enclosed area of this estate provides silence and peaceful conditions for living.
