Stefan Batory housing estate was designed by an architect- Tomasz Jakubowski (APA- Authorial Architectural Workshop) and built at the intersection of streets: Opieńskiego and Umultowskiej, in the proximity of Fast Tram Route in Poznań. This location provides excellent communication with the city centre. The additional advantages of this estate include the proximity of the commercial centre and school, as well as Morasko recreational areas and “Żurawiniec” reservation. The estate is managed by Poznań Housing Association. So far 30 building with almost 1200 flats have been built.
