This architecturally exceptional housing estate was designed by Eugeniusz Skrzypczak (ARI-SK Sp. z o.o.) and is situated in the area of the streets: Szymanowskiego and Szeligowskiego. Convenient connections with other parts of the city is provided by Poznań Fast Tram Route which is located nearby the estate. The estate forms a perfect unity with the existing buildings and natural surrounding. There are service and commercial facilities nearby. The housing estate has almost 320 flats managed by Poznań Housing Association.
